14. Things to See and Do
Moderate to strenuous hikes are available throughout Grand Canyon National Park. Overnight camping is permitted with a backcountry pass. Riding a mule down to the canyon floor is a popular tourist activity. While visiting the park, be sure and take a walk in the sky over the canyon on the Grand Canyon Skywalk, a transparent, horseshoe-shaped cantilever bridge suspended on the canyon wall.
