3. Stand up
To create a flattering full body image, do not sit down. People look heavier when they are sitting and chin angles are often odd when a person is sitting looking at a camera. Have your picture taken standing, or leaning against a wall. Practice with flattering poses but by all means, do not put a full body picture of yourself sitting down.
