7. Python Bridge, Amsterdam

This pedestrian friendly bridge is covered in red and shaped like, you guessed it, a python. Opened to the public in 2001, this bridge represents the latest addition to the city’s numerous canal crossings. In a feat of architectural genius, the bridge was designed to be dismantled on a five year rotation for the Sail Amsterdam maritime festival.
